Reported Samsung Galaxy Tab 4, larger Galaxy Note tablet benchmarks appear


Now that Samsung has its high-end tablets on the market , the old Galaxy Tab line is due for a refresh while some different sized tablets with S-Pens could generate interest. It may happen sooner rather than later based on leaked benchmarks for three unannounced Samsung tablets with AMOLED displays running Android(s goog) 4.4.2.

New Samsung software keyboard

SamMobile spotted information on the devices earlier this month, including a product name of SM-T805. That same name lines up with tablet benchmarks found online at GFXBench pointing to a 10.5-inch tablet with high-resolution 2560 x 1600 screen. Additional information on the tested device shows a 1.9 GHz Samsung octo-core processor inside along with a hexacore ARM Mali-T628 MP6 chip for graphics. Internal memory of 2.7 GB suggests a tablet with 3 GB of RAM and the tested slate has two cameras: 7 megapixels on the back and 2 megapixels on the front.
